Job summary
Una società di consulenza manageriale è alla ricerca di un Junior Consultant per un importante cliente bancario in ambito Risorse Umane. Le principali attività includeranno la gestione della formazione obbligatoria, archiviazione su SAP e rendicontazione della formazione finanziata. Richiesta laurea in Gestione Risorse Umane, 1 anno di esperienza e conoscenze in SAP e Pacchetto Office. Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi con modalità di lavoro ibrida.
Qualifications
- Laurea magistrale in Gestione Risorse Umane o simili con votazione ≥ 100.
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel medesimo settore.
- Conoscenza di SAP e Pacchetto Office (Excel e Power Point), madrelingua italiano.
Responsibilities
- Gestire la formazione obbligatoria: monitoraggio corsi e verifica aggiornamenti.
- Archiviare attestati su SAP e rendicontare la formazione finanziata.
