We have an exciting opening for a Senior Backend Engineer who can see the big picture and balance software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale. If you're proactive, creative, hands-on, and eager to improve Sequra's product with ownership and collaboration, this is the place for you. You’ll contribute to technical and architectural decisions and possibly help create new teams.

• Write simple, clean, and efficient code with passion.
• Be proactive, accountable, analytical, and pragmatic.
• Show high attention to detail and take product ownership.
• Work effectively as a team player and communicator.
• Motivated to learn and grow.
• Drive change and efficiency with cross-disciplinary partners.

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile methodologies. Functional programming and DDD are a plus.
