Job summary
A leading finance company in Milan is seeking a Financial Controller to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of SAP; experience with Power BI is a plus.

- Support all planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze fixed costs and Capex.

The Financial Controller will be part LV Controlling team. He/she will contribute to the preparation of monthly performance reports, monitoring variances against budget and forecasts, identifying potential areas for improvement, and supporting the definition of corrective actions.
- Support all planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, closing
- Monitor and analyse fixed costs and Capex
- Prepare and provide periodically reports and analyses
- Cooperate with the accounting team in the monthly closure activities
- Share information and support business stakeholders
- Continuously look for system and process improvements
- Bachelor/Master's Degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Expert in Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of SAP; Power BI is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Problem solving, precision, attention to detail
- Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines
