Hitachi Rail sta cercando un TEAM LEADER a Cagliari, che sarà responsabile della coordinazione delle attività di manutenzione ferroviaria. I candidati devono avere esperienza nel settore ferroviario e certificazioni ANSF. Un diploma di scuola superiore è richiesto, con competenze linguistiche in italiano e conoscenza base dell'inglese. Qualifications
- Esperienza nelle attività di manutenzione, preferibilmente nel settore ferroviario.
- Certificazioni ANSF - Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurezza Ferroviaria (COCS 30), preferibile.
- Competenze in lingua italiana e conoscenza base dell'inglese.
Responsabilités
- Coordinazione delle attività di manutenzione e retrofit legate ai veicoli ferroviari.
- Gestione della documentazione relativa alla manutenzione in corso.
- Promozione della sicurezza nelle sedi di manutenzione.

Accountabilities
Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.
Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.
Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.
Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (6/7 h16).
Required Skills/Knowledge
Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.
ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).
Education/Qualifications.
High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).
Languages.
Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
