A fast-growing retail technology company is seeking a Sales Support Executive to provide crucial support to the sales team. This hybrid role involves coordinating sales activities, conducting lead generation outreach, and assisting with customer project management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in sales support, particularly in retail technology. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM systems are essential.

Competenze

• 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Prior experience with cold calling or telemarketing in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
• Exposure to solution-based selling involving hardware and software integration is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Prepare proposals and quotations for AI Cash Management and Digital Signage solutions.
• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients.
• Act as a point of contact for clients on order updates and documentation.
• Generate regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
