Job Purpose

MSC Cruises is the world’s third-largest cruise brand and a leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region, and Southern Africa, with significant market share and deployed capacity. Headquartered in Geneva, MSC Cruises is part of the MSC Group, a Swiss-based shipping and logistics conglomerate with over 300 years of maritime heritage. The fleet includes 22 cruise ships, with three new vessels scheduled for launch in 2025, 2026, and 2027.


We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our CRM Department, reporting to the Team Leader. The role involves supporting marketing automation and tactical campaigns in the post-booking phase.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Design, schedule, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns, including one-shot, recurring, triggered, and dynamic campaigns.
  2. Create and send email campaigns, ensuring accuracy in copy, layout, links, and dynamic content.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with the team to optimize results.
  4. Report key metrics to stakeholders weekly and monthly.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues, manage list segmentation, and oversee email execution.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management and guest engagement.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, or French).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
  • Background in Digital Marketing or CRM is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with proactive teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
