Un'importante azienda nel settore retail cerca un/a Addetto/a vendita assistita junior a Cadegliano-Viconago, per 24 ore settimanali. Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato con l'obiettivo di stabilizzazione, CCNL Commercio. Le responsabilità includono assistenza ai clienti e gestione delle scorte. We will provide an initial fixed‑term contract with the aim of regularisation. CCNL Commercio, 14 monthly payments, starting at level 4.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and contribute to store organization, stock replenishment and cash handling, with supervision by the store manager.
- Provide a friendly service, anticipating customer needs and offering recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Good attitude towards customer contact
- Strong relational and organisational skills
- Reliability and dynamism
- Residence in the service area is preferred
- Previous assisted‑sales experience, even brief, considered a plus
Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, part‑time 24 hours per week, distributed across two shifts between 08:00–20:00.
Salary: €14,000 (part‑time) with an additional performance‑based bonus tied to company KPI.
