ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

As a Production Manager, you will manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing efficiency and OEE KPIs
• Production programming, deviation detection, and management actions to meet targets
• Managing quality KPIs
• Applying delegation mechanisms
• Ensuring quality of parts produced in your shop
• Analyzing auxiliary material costs (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap)
• Having advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
• Contributing to the surface treatment area budget
• Understanding environmental procedures and management references
• Implementing safety procedures for work interventions and risk management

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
• Have 5-7 years of experience in complex environments such as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar roles
• Possess knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes
• Are experienced in Project Management and Lean Production
• Understand business KPIs, both productive and non-productive
• Have strong IT and numerical skills
• Are capable of multitasking effectively
• Have strong people management skills
• Are adaptable to constant change
• Love challenges and take responsibilities seriously
