Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in microgrid energy storage system development and grid-forming PCS technology.
- 3+ years of experience in energy projects preferred.

- Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
- Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, including preparing bidding documents.
- Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
- Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
- Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market to develop competitive product demands.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
- Experience in microgrid energy storage system development and familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology.
- Knowledge of the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
- Priority given to candidates with 3 or more years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand various English technical specifications and papers; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
