In dentsu we are looking for a SEO Consultant to be employed in our Milan office.
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven professional, with a strong passion and solid knowledge of search engines and digital measurement tools.

Job Description:

Preferably you:

1. Have worked for an agency, rather than in-house
2. Have had previous experience in optimization strategies for e-commerce websites (also international)
3. Have experience in developing SEO-related tools to scale activities
4. Have had webmaster experience, also as a hobby for your own website
5. Have coding skills mainly in PHP or Python

Interesting areas: technical SEO; editorial SEO (no copywriting); SEO Off site/Digital PR (link building e link earning, backlink analysis); local SEO: Amazon, Youtube, Appstore

Mandatory qualifications:

1. From 2 to 4 years of experience in SEO
2. Strong and wide technical SEO knowledge, ability to execute a SEO audit on large websites
3. Ability to define a content strategy and a SEO-driven editorial plan
4. Ability to optimize on-site content such as meta tag, heading tag, e-commerce category texts, blog articles
5. Ability to deliver organic search analysis and competitive benchmark
6. Experience with the main SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Majestic, Ahrefs, SEMRush and similar)
7. Full understanding of HTML code
8. Mastery of Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (better if certified)
9. Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
10. Brilliant communication skills and self-confidence
11. Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
12. Analytical attitude and critical spirit

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
2. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
3. Effective time management and project management skills Team working and collaborative attitude
4. If necessary can work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
