Overall Responsibilities

Handle material development and tracking of the whole process of material sourcing. Ensure a smooth communication and alignment between vendors and Centric North American team.

1. Manage material tracking and supplier chain end to end process to support the textile and garment business operation.
2. Collect and maintain material information from vendors according to the requirement from customers and our North American team which includes sales team, sourcing production team and compliance team etc.
3. Track organic material information and supporting documents from farmer/grower to consumer along the supply chain process (e.g.: Growers, Ginners, spinners, Dyers and Fabric mills).
4. Data Entry/ Uploading on Share platform.
5. Validate data according to customer mandatory check list and ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
6. Involved in translating data from Chinese to English if needed.
7. Enhance and ensure execution of all defined Process.
8. The material support documents with on time performance & Accuracy to fulfil company’s KPI.
9. Support vendor management team for data inputting and report analyse.
10. Other tasks assigned by Manager/Assistant Manager and Senior Operational Manager.

Additional Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required.
2. Knowledge of textile and garment production process.
3. Understanding multiple ERP systems and be able to work with such in an effective and productive manner.
4. Proactiveness with good communication skills and trouble shooting.
5. Ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure independently and meet tight deadlines.
6. Computer Skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, especially for Excel formula.
7. Flexibility to work overtime, adjusted hours, or occasional weekends.
8. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.
