Responsibilities:
- Payment Management: Complete corporate payments, review for compliance with policies and regulations, and ensure timely processing.
- Contract Reviewing: Conduct thorough financial reviews of contracts involving cash flows.
- Financial Reporting: Perform monthly accounting postings and provide reports as required.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and analyze variances.
- Financial Document Management: Maintain financial records according to local tax laws and company policies.
- Tax Compliance: Coordinate with tax advisors, review tax returns, and support audits.
- Audit and Internal Controls: Assist with audits, ensuring documentation and compliance.
- Other financial tasks: Support senior management with updates, coordinate with banks and departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field.
- Familiarity with local accounting standards, proficiency in Excel; SAP experience preferred; ACCA or CPA certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and a commitment to learning.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
