• Management of Accounts Payable: recording and verification of incoming supplier invoices;
• Accounting reconciliation: regular execution of cash and other account reconciliations to ensure consistency and resolution of discrepancies;
• Responsible for preparing journal entries primarily related to cash accounts, and other support as needed for the monthly and annual accounting closings;
• Monitoring of economic and financial transactions;
• Collaboration with the Accounting & Finance department in Milan and the U.S., as needed, to optimize internal processes;

• Diploma in accounting or degree in economics/finance;
• Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in Energy companies
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (ITA GAAP and USA GAAP)
• Good command of management software and IT tools (Dynamics, Excel)
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
