Following the plan to buy a new company in Italy in Customer center Compressor Technique, we are now looking for a dedicated Business Controller for acquired companies.

The Business Controller for acquired companies will play a key role in integrating and strengthening the financial and administrative operations of the company and will be part of the Management Team, taking full responsibility for the controlling and reporting function.

• In this role, you will proactively drive the financial and administrative integration of the company, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining operational agility.
• You will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with IFRS and The Way We Do Things.
• Establishing a solid group reporting process will be a key priority, but also you will identify the necessary policy and process adjustments to align with the Atlas Copco Group standards.
• Beyond reporting, your insights will play a crucial role in business decision-making. By developing analytical tools and providing data-driven recommendations, you will help guide the company’s strategic direction and support the successful execution of the synergy plans outlined in the acquisition model.
• Your ability to assess business trends and raise financial red flags when needed will be essential in safeguarding the company’s financial health.

• Minimum 5 years in a leading rolein business control, finance, or business administration.
• A solid understanding of Group accounting principles, IFRS, and local statutory regulations is essential, experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office, and solid digital competence.
