A global leader in the Automotive Manufacturing sector is seeking an SAP FICO Specialist to drive an End2End Project for migration to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will focus on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP FI and CO modules, requiring a strong technical background and practical experience in SAP configurations. You will contribute to project planning and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SAP FICO technical/functional analyst.
- SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

For a global leader in the Automotive Manufacturing sector, we are looking for a "SAP FICO Specialist" who has experience as a technical-functional analyst in the FI-CO modules and is keen to participate to an End2End Project for the Group's migration to S/4HANA.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and optimization of the SAP FI and CO modules.
- Implement and support SAP FICO modules in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP 4.6.
- Gather business requirements, blueprinting, and process design activities.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training.
- Perform system testing and integration testing for SAP FICO configurations and custom developments.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and enhancements.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SAP FICO technical/functional analyst
- Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
- Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and support.
- Fluent English, other European languages will be a plus.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA is desirable.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
