The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural, and has a wonderful international spirit.

Who You Are:

Our Stock Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are a highly organized and collaborative team player, with a positive attitude towards challenges, supporting the team to deliver an elevated customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring all stock items are organized and easily accessible for sales associates.
  2. Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
  3. Perform operational tasks with excellence.
  4. Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
  5. Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal performance results.
  6. Perform all operational processes by utilizing all available tools and technology.

You’ll Need to Have:

  1. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  2. Familiarity with inventory software.
  3. Understanding of proper safety procedures in the stockroom.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  5. Proficiency in the English language.

We’d Love to See:

  1. Relevant stock operations experience.
  2. Interest in self-development and in growing your career within Capri Holdings (Versace, Jimmy Choo, MICHAEL KORS).
  3. Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  4. Proficiency in the local language.
