Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Yard Equipment Operator in Caorso, Italy to load, unload, and position heavy equipment using a wheel loader with forks.

You will support auction and sales operations by keeping the yard organized and ready for inspection, display, and sale preparation. The ideal candidate has proven experience with heavy equipment, valid certification, and a strong commitment to safety, outdoor work, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

Proven experience operating construction, industrial, or material-handling equipment.
Experience moving heavy, oversized, and exceptional loads.
Valid operator certification/license for earthmoving or material-handling equipment.
Strong understanding of safe lifting, loading, and yard operations.
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good communication and safety commitment.

Mansioni

Operate a wheel loader with forks to load and unload equipment from transport vehicles.
Move and position machinery throughout the yard for sale and inspections.
Handle oversized and heavy loads with safety procedures.
Organize equipment in yard locations for safety and efficiency.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Report mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
Coordinate loading and unloading with yard personnel, drivers, and site management.
