ABS is seeking a Yachting Sector Business Development Lead to help shape and execute the BD strategy for the yacht market across Europe. Based in Europe, the role strengthens ABS’ market presence and client engagement in the global yacht sector.

The role involves developing BD plans, pursuing opportunities in new build and refit, and building relationships with owners, builders, and design firms to expand ABS services in the yacht domain.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Seven (7) or more years of related experience.
• Experience in yachts, passenger vessels, commercial marine, shipbuilding or related maritime services.
• Experience in business development, market strategy, client engagement, or commercial support within maritime industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Support the development and execution of BD plans for the yacht market to grow ABS presence.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across new build, refit, sustainability, digitalisation, and lifecycle services.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners’ representatives, builders, yards, designers and suppliers.
• Partner with internal teams to support proposals and client engagement.
• Represent ABS in client meetings, trade events and industry forums to increase visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and client needs.
• Provide market insight to promote ABS services in the yacht sector.
• Support key account activities and promote ABS capabilities throughout the business community.
