The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both existing solutions and the development of new models for international markets.

This role combines technical customer support, new product development, and supplier coordination, requiring strong technical expertise, solid project management, and the ability to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product reliability, quality, and innovation.

Competenze

• Experience in Yacht/MegaYacht technical support.
• Experience in new product development roles.
• Solid mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Experience in supplier management, negotiation and cost analysis.
• Fluent in English and Italian; ability to produce technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Lead development projects for new products from concept through SOP.
• Define technical specifications and aesthetic requirements with Sales/Marketing.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers for tooling, molds, matrices, and electronics.
• Oversee QA and certification activities for new products.
• Provide technical support to Marketing for product launches and materials.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site.
