Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist focused on Wound Closure & Healing products in the Tuscany region. You will lead deployment of the commercial strategy within your territory, backed by an elite training program covering technical and commercial skills.

The role involves promoting products and managing end-to-end selling activities. You will interact with surgeons and staff, support tender procedures, and develop data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Economics; Master’s degree preferred (ISF preferred).
Willingness to take on challenges to expand knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

Interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product features and train during procedures.
Supporting participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiations and ensuring end-to-end processes.
Developing data management and insights projects by elaborating predictive analyses from data.
Digital Health: support digital solutions and strategic execution.
Health Economics: collect and analyze data to support economic value propositions and disseminate value-based messages.
