Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is seeking an Offshore Electronic Engineer to support the electrical team in maintaining vessel equipment and coordinating maintenance activities aboard offshore units. The role reports to the department lead and requires hands-on maintenance planning for power and automation systems.

Experience of 4–5 years in power and automation, proficiency with AutoCAD and maintenance software, and readiness to work offshore on rotation schedules are essential.

Competenze

• Education: Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or Electronic Supervisor.
• Experience: 4–5 years as an Electronic Engineer in power and automation field.
• Knowledge of Office suite, AutoCAD, and maintenance software.

Mansioni

• Work with the electrical team to ensure all electrical and electronic equipment on board is well maintained.

Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position: As offshore Electronic Engineer, you will respond to the department lead and be part of the Asset Offshore Construction. In this role you will support the electrical team during the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of vessel equipment.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Work in coordination with the electrical team to ensure that all electric and electronic equipment are well mantained
• Plan the electrical maintenance in accordance to the OEM and safety instruction
• Ensure the efficiency of Electrical /Electronic equipment on board.
• Propose to the direct supervisor the required material stock level to ensure work continuity
• Propose solutions or upgrade of equipment to improve the vessel productivity and efficiency
• Ensure that work activities are carried out in compliance with the company procedures and practices

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/high school in: Electronic engineer or Electronic supervisor.

Experience: 4-5 years as a Electronic Engineer within power and automation field

knowledge of office suite, autocad, maintenance software.

What else should you know? Ythe role will be allocated on board of our offshore units following the shift rotation with the back to back. our offshore unit are located world wide, depending to project on going.
