Job summary

ABB cerca un esperto Workday per ricoprire il ruolo di HRXP Application Owner (Compensation & Performance) e guidare iniziative HR complesse in un contesto internazionale. La posizione prevede attività di consulenza tecnica e processi HR, con attenzione a sistema, dati e sviluppo software.

La figura gestirà processi di stipendio e premi, configurazioni avanzate e integrazione con i sistemi esistenti, in un modello ibrido o remoto.

Qualifications

• Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’ecosistema Workday.
• Sei esperto nel modulo Advanced Compensation con configurazione hands-on.
• Hai esperienza nel gestire processi di stipendio, bonus e stock in operazioni di business as usual.
• Sei abile a operare in ambienti globali complessi.
• Hai propensione all’innovazione e interesse per nuove tecnologie.
• In possesso di certificazione Workday vigente, o hai avuto certificazioni in HCM, Compensation o Advanced Compensation, con esperienza in creazione, configurazione e mantenimento di campi calcolati.
• Hai dimestichezza con l’inglese.

Responsibilities

• Definire la fattibilità di una soluzione, la sua implementazione e l’interazione con i sistemi esistenti.
• Fornire soluzioni e risoluzioni per problemi applicativi tramite test, indagini e analisi.
• Creare, progettare, ispezionare e implementare applicazioni IT ben strutturate per soddisfare le esigenze di business.
• Assistere nell’installazione, gestione, manutenzione e ottimizzazione di processi interni e cross-funzionali relativi ai servizi di Information Systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.

The work model for the role is: hybrid or remote.

This role is contributing to the Global HR Experience function.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Defining the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, and interaction with the existing systems.
• Providing solutions and resolutions for all application issues through performing numerous tests, investigations, and analyses.
• Building, designing, examining, and implementing well-organized and structured IT applications to meet business needs.
• Assisting in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
  

Qualifications For The Role

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Workday eco-system.
• You are highly skilled in Workday Advanced Compensation module with hands on configuration experience.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in having run annual salary, bonus and stock processes in a business as usual process.
• Highly adept in working in complex Global environments.
• You are you are innovative and open to exploring new technologies and areas for continuous improvements.
• Have a current Workday certification, or have previously held a Workday certification in HCM, Compensation or Advanced Compensation, with hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and maintaining calculated fields.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
