GXO Logistics, Inc in Italy seeks a software delivery professional to lead WMS solution implementation within a dynamic logistics environment. You will work across software factory, operations, and IT to ensure delivery aligns with requirements and delivers value.

The role involves testing, change management, data analysis, and close collaboration with operations and customers. Fluent Italian and English are required; knowledge of Blue Yonder and SQL is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Hands-on WMS experience; Blue Yonder knowledge a plus.
• 3–5 years in software delivery/solution implementation.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Fluent in Italian and English; any additional European language is a plus (ideally French).

Mansioni

• Follow up solution implementation and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Lead and execute internal functional tests and customer validation.
• Define and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests.
• Support operations in process discussions.
• Act as liaison between software factory and business operations.
• Deliver WMS solutions from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Highlight gaps and evaluate solution proposals.
• Report bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with operations engineers to refine business specifications.
• Monitor progress and KPI-based reporting.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
