GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lombardy is seeking an IT Project Delivery Lead to drive project execution from design to release within a complex logistics environment. You will deploy methodologies, coordinate between Operations and IT, and manage reporting to stakeholders.

You will own risk, budgeting, and effort estimation, contribute to process design, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with Agile practices. Fluency in English and Italian required; French is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field preferred.
• ≥4 years experience in logistics or 3PL consulting.
• Proven supply chain and logistics industry experience.
• Hands-on WMS experience; Blue Yonder knowledge a plus.
• Strong PM skills with Agile, Jira/Confluence familiarity.
