GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to support deployment of development standards across teams in the logistics domain. You will lead projects from design to release, coordinate internal and external reporting, and foster strong IT-Operations collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in logistics IT, hands-on WMS (Blue Yonder a plus), and solid PM practices with Agile. English fluency required; Italian is a plus. Competitive salary and dynamic culture offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or consulting.
• Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Experience with IT solutions for logistics or warehouse operations is highly appreciated.
• Hands-on WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SQL and programming is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of Project Management principles; ideally with Agile practices.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Fast learner with strong problem solving in a matrix, international environment.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong customer service mindset for customers and vendors.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Italian required; additional European languages are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Experience with IT solutions for logistics or warehouse operations is highly appreciated.
• Hands on WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SQL and experience in programming is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of Project Management principles, ideally combined with Agile practices.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is considered a plus.
• Fast learner and strong problem solver, able to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and in a culturally diverse international environment.
• Able to deliver well organized, clear, and thorough information tailored to the intended audience.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong customer service mindset, providing timely and professional support to customers and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage special tasks and concurrent projects, and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.

The expected pay range for this position is €45,000 – €52,000 gross annual salary.
