GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lombardy, Italy, seeks an IT Project Delivery professional with 4+ years in logistics. You will lead project phases from design to release, deploy methodologies, and manage stakeholder communication.

You will collaborate across Operations and IT, own issue tracking, and contribute to budgeting and risk mitigation. Fluency in English and Italian required; knowledge of Blue Yonder and WMS is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS or related field.
4+ years in logistics, supply chain or consulting.
Proven experience in supply chain and logistics industry.
WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder a strong plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge; programming a plus.
Understanding of Project Management with Agile practices.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Fluent English and Italian; other European languages are a plus.

Support the deployment of methodologies and standards across development teams.
Manage internal and external reporting and communication related to IT project delivery.
Lead project and program phases from design to release.
Contribute to process design and review through workshops.
Foster collaboration between Operations and IT.
Own issue tracking activities with analysis and resolution plans.
Identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to project budgeting, cost control and effort estimation.
Identify, assess and monitor project risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans.
