PERIMITER: Southern Europe (UK, DACH, FRANCE, EXPORT)
REPORTING TO: CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
LOCATION: HQ Monsummano Terme (PT)
Responsibilities
- Innovation
- Analyse food trends, consumer understanding, market data and manage cross-market innovation researches, concept and product tests (both quali and quanti)
- Hunt new ideas and business solutions in coherence with the Brand strategy
- Translate New Product Development into product strategy (1-3 years), transforming each industrial or R&D innovation into a consumer success
- Lead central cross-functional team into innovation flow
- Project leadership
- BUs coordination, making a bridge on Innnovation Projects, Marketing activities, Packaging and communication declinations, and all operative matters between HQ and European BUs
- Roll out Plan and Marketing Activity Plan
- Support BUs to develop impactful customer presentations
- Support BUs to develop marketing activities to speed Awareness / trial or to create frequency / Repurchase
- Trade Marketing: Work in close relationship with sales dept. developing
- Trade marketing Strategy to define priorities per Area / Customer / Format
- Trade marketing activities to improve Shelf visibility, product appeal and speed sellout
- Assortment and price analysis
- Monitoring promo impact and effectiveness
- In-store activations
- Leading new product launches and updating their performances
- Business Mastering
- Budget performance monitoring
- Margin / Mix / portfolio analysis & optimization
- Marketing and trade marketing Spending
Qualifications
- REQUIRED:
- Strong experience in Projects management (think x objectives, define priorities, establish strong relationship with functions, coordinate countries, lead timing…)
- Strong Leadership and Relation skill
- Good Experience in communication leading process, media plan and consumer activity
- Good Analytical and Financial skills
- Fluent English. French and German as a plus
- Good Presentation skills
- Experience in packaging management
- Proactivity, Creativity and open minded
- 5 years in MKTG management
- Experience in FMCG is a must. Experience in International background and in ambient-food it’s a plus
