UBS in Milan is seeking three Client Advisor Assistants to support our Client Advisors with daily client service and onboarding activities. You will become the first point of contact for clients on account-related queries and help prepare documentation for meetings and investment proposals.

You will learn how account opening, due diligence and ongoing monitoring work in a leading financial services environment, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure compliance and a high-quality client

Competenze

• a high school diploma or university degree, ideally in economics, finance, business administration or a related field
• first experience in financial services is a plus, but not mandatory
• strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, even in a fast-paced environment
• a collaborative mindset, positive attitude and ability to stay organized while managing different priorities
• discretion, professionalism and adaptability to changing demands
• native-level Italian and fluency in English
