UBS is seeking a Mandate Specialist Intern in Milan to support discretionary mandates and alternative investments for UBS Wealth Management clients in Italy. You will collaborate with Client Advisors, learn portfolio construction, investment processes and product knowledge in a fast‑paced, international setting.

You will develop analytical skills, contribute to market research, prepare materials, and update dashboards while using MS Office tools.

Competenze

Pursuing or recently completed Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented and fast‑paced environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

Coordinate the monthly review and publication of after-sales materials and support the distribution of investment‑related communications.
Prepare and update sales and aftersales marketing materials and presentations for internal and client use.
Support Client Advisors by providing product‑specific information, education and updates on investment solutions.
Update business monitoring tools, dashboards and analytical reports to support team activities and business development initiatives.
Monitor daily CIO research and market insights, identifying and sharing the most relevant content with main stakeholders.
