Thermowatt is seeking a maintenance analytics-oriented professional to support continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance. You will analyze weekly maintenance reports, verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, and help integrate professional and autonomous maintenance activities, including updating schedules.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Motivation to develop career in a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:

• Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
• Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
• Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
• Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reports

• A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field
• A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies
