Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Biandrate is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) to drive Lean initiatives, train Site Leaders and support the Site Management Team to build an organization that Delivers.

The role focuses on spreading the Lean mindset, managing improvement projects, implementing KPIs, promoting CI tools and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement teams in Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Good knowledge of English; ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
• Good knowledge of the English;
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
• Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
