The Chips-IT Foundation is seeking researchers to contribute to R&D on Process Design Kits (PDKs) and compact models for Wide Bandgap (WBG) semiconductors. The role focuses on enabling SiC and GaN technologies by creating technology-specific models and integrating them into modern EDA environments.

The position involves development, validation and maintenance of models derived from TCAD simulations and experimental data, with work possible in Pavia or Bologna, Italy.
