The Chips-IT Foundation is seeking Researchers to contribute to cutting-edge R&D activities focused on developing Process Design Kits (PDKs) and compact models for Wide Bandgap (WBG) semiconductor technologies under the European Chips Joint Undertaking Pilot Line.

The role covers developing, validating and maintaining models and PDKs derived from TCAD simulations and experimental data, ensuring compatibility with leading EDA tools, with the work possible in Pavia or Bologna.

Competenze

• Candidates should have research experience in semiconductors and modeling.
• Experience with process design kits and compact modeling is desirable.

Mansioni

• Develop, validate and maintain compact models and PDKs from TCAD simulations and experimental data.
• Ensure compatibility with leading EDA tools and integration into Pilot Line workflows.
