STMicroelectronics in Italy is seeking a candidate to plan, execute, and analyze package/wafer level tests for reliability in our power device prototypes (SiC, IGBT, GaN) and bench characterization.

You will join a global team, require a master's in physics or related field, about 2 years' experience, strong English, and skills in programming and numerical modeling. The role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in physics, materials science or electrical/physical engineering.
• Around 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of reliability physics, semiconductor physics, electronic devices and electrical characterization is required.
• Good written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Programming and numerical modeling skills are highly valued.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, surveil, analyze data and report package/wafer level tests for Electrical Wafer Sorting/Final Test for Reliability on prototypes of power technologies and bench characterization of power devices.
• Contribute to the technology qualification by validating electrical static performances and identifying weaknesses for problem resolution.
• Involve in early evaluation of MOSFET device physics and support qualification activities.
