Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Water Utility North East Area to drive technical sales with municipal utilities. You will build trusted relationships, tailor pump solutions, and work with internal teams to deliver projects in the North East.

You will engage with engineers and decision-makers, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and contribute to growth through strategic opportunities in water infrastructure across Italy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sales experience in pumps, water/wastewater equipment, or related infrastructure products serving municipal utilities
• Strong understanding of water utility operations including water supply, treatment, and distribution systems
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales pipeline management
• Fluency in both Italian and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory of municipal water utility accounts in the North East, building long-term relationships and finding new opportunities
• Deliver engineered pump and system solutions tailored to each utility's needs
• Collaborate with consulting engineers, specifiers, and utility decision-makers to position Grundfos in project specifications
• Monitor market trends and upcoming capital projects to maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
