Grundfos is seeking an External Sales Team Leader in Italy to lead a high-performing external sales team, drive profitable growth, and strengthen market position across key segments. You will coach, develop, and motivate field sales professionals while collaborating with Marketing, Product Management and Support teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales with leadership experience, strong English communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a people leadership or sales management role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Lead, coach, and develop a team of external sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Grundfos' priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and reviews to drive improvement.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Sales Support, and Internal Sales teams to optimize execution.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential within the territory.
