The Social Hub in Bologna is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants, bars, or cafés. You’ll set the tone on the floor and in the back office, bring energy, structure, and heart to daily service, and guide a hands-on team of supervisors and hosts toward moments guests remember.

You’ll work closely with F&B leadership, kitchen teams, and other creatives to keep the concept sharp, manage budgets, costs, and guest experience, and turn feedback into positive outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue.
• At least one year of leadership experience within F&B.
• Experience in building teams and helping people grow.
• Ability to balance great service with commercial results.
• Comfort with budgets, staffing and cost control.
• Clear communication and energetic, empathetic leadership.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.

• You communicate clearly and lead with energy and empathy
• You’re fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages as a plus
