Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Senior VP, Business Operations Europe to design and implement the regional commercial operating model across Europe, enabling compliant, scalable execution for future launches.

You will lead field operations, governance, analytics and cross-functional partnering with General Managers, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance and Regulatory to drive performance across diverse European markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in pharma/biotech commercial operations.
• Experience building regional operating models across multiple European markets.
• Strong expertise in sales force effectiveness, CRM, account planning, and governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate global strategy to regional execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the European Commercial Operating Model from scratch with governance, tools, and readiness.
• Translate global launch priorities into regional execution plans across diverse European markets.
• Establish launch readiness frameworks, scorecards, risk management and reporting for country teams.
• Ensure compliant, scalable commercial execution across markets in partnership with cross-functional teams.
