Job summary

Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. in Parma, Italy seeks an EU Lead, Commercial Excellence for Global Rare Diseases.

You will bridge global standards and country execution, deploying the GRD commercial model across Europe and international affiliates, and coordinating analytics for launch readiness in European markets. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Operational Excellence, you will build regional capability, support launch readiness, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Lifescience, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar quantitative fields.
• Strong experience in commercial excellence, business insights, market research and analytics.
• Experience in rare diseases, ideally in an international setting/role.

Responsibilities

• Deploy global commercial excellence standard across Europe and International affiliates, in coordination with corporate team.
• Foster cross-affiliate best practice sharing for analytics and commercial excellence.
• Contribute to the European commercial excellence roadmap: markets, sequence, and capability build.
• Build GRD commercial excellence capability in affiliates, including country SFE, sales operations and analytics resources.
