EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern to support the Retail Italy team across Salmoiraghi & Viganò, GrandVision, and Corner Optique stores. You will help with store openings, refurbishments, product launches and visual merchandising projects, travelling across Italy as needed.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers and stores, contributing to mood boards, presentations and project documentation while gaining first-hand store exposure in a dynamic eyewear group.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Native Italian with good English; additional languages a plus.
• Interest in Retail, Visual Merchandising and Customer Experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and initiative.

Mansioni

• Support Visual Merchandising guidelines and in-store layouts across stores.
• Assist in new store openings, refurbishments, product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor product presentation and communications aligned with standards.
• Visit stores to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help create in-store communications, mood boards and project docs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Product teams on initiatives.
• Contribute to project tracking with reports and updates.
