Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks a Business Brand Management Intern to contribute to marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation for the Italian market. You will work with Product, Visual Merchandising, PR, E-commerce and Digital teams to maximize brand performance.

You will collaborate with commercial teams and field salespeople, gaining exposure to the broader business and supporting marketing initiatives. An ideal candidate has a marketing/economics background and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in Healthcare, Wellbeing or Cosmetic industries.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proactive mindset with analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Motivation and genuine interest in marketing and brand management.
• Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and English (fluent)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Manage and organize marketing assets, supporting the creation and localization of marketing materials.
• Assist in implementing new sales catalogs, promotional materials, and product launches.
• Support the team in planning, executing, and following up on events, roadshows, and conventions.
• Coordinate with the PR agency to define content for trade press and develop engaging DEM campaigns.
• Support internal reporting and presentations for management.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales.
