Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group in Italy is seeking a Business Brand Management Intern to gain hands-on experience with iconic brands. You will support marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, collaborate with Product, Visual Merchandising, PR, E-commerce and Digital teams, and help maximize brand visibility in the Italian market.

You will assist in developing materials, coordinating launches, and analyzing campaign performance to provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in Healthcare, Wellbeing or Cosmetic industries.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Italian native or fluent and English fluent.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Manage and organize marketing assets and localization of materials.
• Assist with new sales catalogs, promotional materials, and product launches.
• Support events, roadshows, and conventions.
• Coordinate with PR agency and develop DEM campaigns.
• Support internal reporting and presentations for management.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization insights.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales.
