Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking an onsite Deskside Support (L1/L2) to handle end-user hardware, software, and network issues. The role covers the full lifecycle of desktop devices, OS imaging, and vendor hardware replacements, with use of SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking and ticket resolution.

You will deliver remote and deskside support using EUC tools, ensure IT security patching, assist with Active Directory tasks, and act as VIP onsite contact during critical outages.
