Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking a Network Technician for freelance, onsite IT support with a major international retail client. You will deliver hands-on network and IT hardware support at client locations, tackling connectivity issues and performing hardware upgrades.

This on-demand role requires a minimum of two years of onsite experience, familiarity with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP and VPN, and willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• 2+ years of onsite IT or network support experience required.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Familiarity with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet or similar vendors.

Mansioni

• Deliver onsite IT and network support at client locations.
• Identify and fix network and connectivity problems.
• Set up and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT hardware.
• Carry out hardware upgrades and break/fix repairs.
• Fill out service reports and update support tickets after each visit.
• Work with remote support teams to resolve issues.
