Aman Venice is seeking an Income Auditor to join the Finance Team in an iconic Grand Canal setting. The role focuses on registering invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting daily accounting activities with accurate postings and reconciliations.

The candidate should have hospitality accounting experience, be data-driven, and proficient in Opera, Symphony, Business Central and MS Office; strong English communication is required.

Formación

• Previous accounting experience in hospitality with USALI knowledge.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Daily bank account control and processing of AP/AR transactions.
• Monitor credit card and cash flows, refunds, and charges.
• Import files from Opera and verify revenues and night audit reports.
• Ensure daily revenues and settlements are in balance.
• Input journal entries and reconcile balance accounts monthly.
• Assist month-end closing activities.
