Aman Venice is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales strategy and maximize revenue per available room. You will oversee the sales team, coordinate with the Property and Head Office, and drive bookings across market segments.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop plans, manage budgets, pursue new national and international accounts, and supervise contract negotiations to achieve revenue targets.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the sales action plan with the Property and Head Office team
• Manage revenue and expenditure budgets in coordination with internal teams
• Acquire new local/national/international accounts via telemarketing and cold calling
• Maintain and grow the client database and perform account management
• Prepare and follow up on contracts and sales proposals
• Conduct property tours and client events to drive bookings
• Collaborate with PR agencies to meet budget expectations for direct bookings
• Provide leadership in sales activities and monitor market developments
