The role requires hotel industry experience, solid accounting knowledge, proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, and meticulous attention to detail. A valid Italian work permit is essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable in the hotel industry or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Holding a valid Italian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management: issue invoices and tax documents accurately and on time.
• Payment tracking: monitor, post, and verify payments received.
• Credit management: assist with credit processes per hotel policy.
• Reconciliation: reconcile AR ledgers to ensure balance.
• Follow-up: follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve issues.
• Reporting: prepare aging summaries and AR reports.
• Documentation: maintain organized records of financial transactions.
• Cross-department communication to resolve billing and collection issues.
