Ferrari S.p.A. in Maranello, Italy, is seeking a Vehicle Methods Engineering Technologist to join the Industrial team. You will support the definition, feasibility, and industrialization of vehicle assembly methods from early development through production readiness.
The role involves analyzing assembly feasibility across components, collaborating with Design for proper breakdowns, and creating macro assembly cycles that align with Ferrari’s assembly constraints. Travel to suppliers is expected.

To strengthen our Industrial team, we are looking for a Vehicle Methods Engineering Technologist based in Maranello, Italy. In this role, you will join the Industrial function and take part in product development activities, supporting the definition, feasibility and industrialization of vehicle assembly methods from the early development phases through production readiness.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
To succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent previous experience in a technical field, together with at least 3 years’ company seniority and experience working closely with the product, preferably within Manufacturing or R&D. Knowledge of Catia V5 and the availability to travel to suppliers to discuss project progress is also requested for the role. At Ferrari, you will need to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and accountability, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, propose technical solutions and support continuous improvement from a Design for Manufacturing perspective.

Compensation Package:
The total compensation package, including gross annual salary and company and/or individual variable components, will range between € 53.000 and € 58.000, paid over 13 monthly instalments. Placement within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and responsibility.
