European Space Agency is seeking a Vega-C Launch System and Operations Engineer in the Vega and Space Rider Launch System and Engineering Division. You will work under the Vega and Space Rider Launch System and Engineering Manager on launcher-to-ground interfaces and launch campaign operations.

You will harmonise operational concepts, support campaigns, validation and interface documentation, and contribute to future Vega evolutions while coordinating with the Technical Coordinator.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering is required with 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Direct experience in Vega-related programmes and launch campaigns is an asset.

Mansioni

• Contribute to harmonisation of launch campaign engineering approaches across Vega-C, Vega-E and Space Rider programmes.
• Follow up industrial activities relating to launch campaign operations and launch campaigns.
• Support preparation, execution and post-flight assessment of launch campaigns and monitor technical issues.
