Telespazio is looking for a System Operations Engineer to join the Operations & Logistics Engineering unit for the Galileo Second Generation program. You will be embedded at ESA/ESTEC to help shape the operational design and ensure industry deliverables are ready for use.

You will define operational concepts, derive requirements, support migration strategies, and plan validation campaigns through to Operations Readiness Review, working with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience in space systems engineering or space operations.
• Working knowledge of GNSS and Galileo system architecture.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Proficiency with MS Office and a hands-on attitude.

Mansioni

• Support the definition, consolidation and maintenance of the G2G System and Mission Operations Concept (OpsCon).
• Derive and consolidate operational requirements and ensure traceability to technical specs.
• Contribute to migration and coexistence strategies; plan transitions and service continuity.
